Empowering future leaders begins with meaningful support today. At Drive The Goal, we help shape the next generation of professionals by providing youth and emerging leaders with career-based learning, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to the fields of human resources and business consulting.
Our future talent development programs focus on skill-building, real-world experience, and professional growth to prepare participants for long-term success in today’s workforce.

Legacy Impact
As a former Executive Director and long-time supporter of the Tunxis Community College Foundation, I’ve remained deeply connected to the students and programs that helped shape my professional journey.
In 2018, I was able to nearly triple the amount of awarded student scholarships. Additionally, my husband and I continue to fund an annual award that supports future leaders in high-impact fields such as FinTech, Engineering, and Law Enforcement.
Giving Back Through Mentorship
Whether launching a business or learning to read, strong foundations are the key to strong futures.
I’m proud to give back as a volunteer with ReadingPals, a national initiative led by United Way, where I spend time each week reading with kindergarten students in Haines City. Through early literacy mentorship, I help young learners build confidence, language skills, and a lifelong love of reading—one story at a time.
