We offer a range of support levels, from occasional help to an HR Business Partner who can provide advice and guidance when you need someone to run things by, walk you through delicate, challenging situations, or provide you with an experienced HR Professional to conduct a sensitive investigation or a tailored script for an employee separation.
With our HR Subscription Packages, you select the level of support that suits your needs. The packages offer excellent value for your financial investment. You can opt for 12, 24, or 36 hours of consultation per year, with corresponding monthly fees of $100, $200, or $300, respectively. You manage your budget, and we tailor the solutions to meet your goals.
We provide several benefits to our clients, including a late summer touch base to assess year-end needs and ensure total usage of your consultation hours. Your hours will roll over monthly within the corresponding calendar year. Select services require a separate project-based fee and scope of work.
The initial calendar year is prorated in cost and services. For example, if you sign up on June 1, the effective date of your subscription, you will receive 7 hours of consultation for $700.00 during your inaugural year.
